In our extensive measuring laboratory, we are equipped with such tools as a high-precision 3-D and optical measuring machine that allows us both to examine the machine components and special tools we manufacture in-house as well as perform a wide range measurements on behalf of third parties.
REGRINDING SERVICE
We at nobatec know how to offer our customers an all-round carefree package, so we also take care of your worn tools by recutting your form drills, mould plates, swirl blades, milling cutters, etc., and recoating them as necessary, so you can continue using them in your work as effectively as on the day you first bought them.
REPAIR SERVICE
We are not only able to produce new machine and tool systems, but can also provide expert repairs for damaged components as needed.
Whether it’s your drill rod end or your carbide end mill that’s damaged, nobatec is able to repair it immediately and likely at a much lower cost than procuring a replacement.
We also offer complete service for Eubama machines. If you have damaged holding rings, machining units, or special tools, just send them to us: we will promptly provide you with a cost estimate for the repair and guarantee quick turnaround so you can get back to work.
