nobatec is one of only a very small number of independent manufacturers to offer comprehensive service of Eubama rotary indexing machines. We supply you with tool equipment, spare parts and units (also on a lease basis if so desired). We also carry out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical conversion work and general overhauls. Under some circumstances, this can safe you the cost of acquiring a new machine.

RETAINING RINGS

We trade in most of the spare parts you will ever need for your Eubama S8 machine, and some of these are available ex-stock.
MACHINING UNITS
You can also obtain the appropriate units for your Eubama S8 rotary indexing machine from nobatec. For example, these may include drilling spindles, shaped drilling spindles, shaped turning units, transmission saws and much more.
FEED CLAMPING TONGS
When required, we can obtain you the clamping tongs for mechanical or hydraulic material feed and/or provide you with the corresponding clamping units for round or profile bar stock.
INFEED AND STRAIGHTENING ROLLERS
We manufacture individually adapted infeed and straightening rollers for the round and profile bar stock you need to have straightened.
CLAMPING CHUCKS FOR HYDRAULIC ADDITIONAL CLAMPING
We manufacture for you the appropriate clamping chucks for your auxiliary hydraulic clamping unit between contour-turning unit and sawing unit with a vast array of diameters and in all desired profile variants.
GUIDE BUSHES
To assure precise guidance of the material during the infeed process to the contour-turning unit, we can manufacture you the requisite carbide metal and HSS guide bushes in revolving or bearing-mounted versions.
INITIAL TURNING TOOLS
In respect of initial turning tools, we can offer you numerous types of tool – tapered and cylindrical. These tools are manufactured in ultra-precise shapes and contours. Our standard range covers diameters of 12 mm, 14 mm and 18 mm. The associated shaft length is variable.

PLUNGE-CUTTING HOLDERS AND SHAPED TIPS
To enable you also to have access to a cost-effective alternative for the plunge-cutting operation on your contour-turning unit, we have developed base holders and steel holders for accommodating conventional CRP and TCP shaped tool tips. In terms of the CRP system tool tip, this saves you time and expense when reversing or replacing the shaped steel. On the other hand, with a TCP system tip with three cutting edges, you benefit from a significantly longer service life. Of course, from nobatec you will continue to receive our tried-and-tested system for your contour turning unit.
CURVES
We manufacture the appropriate ring, groove or flat curve sections for your Eubama S8 machine. Simply let us know the station and stroke for which you need the curve section.
