V-LOCK
The main advantage of V-Lock reversible tool tips is that, in the V-tip race, the reversible tool tip is ground to a 7° angle pointing downwards. Accordingly, these 7° are machined into the clamping bracket. When the Torx screw is tightened down, the reversible tool tip is pulled downwards and backwards at the same time, thereby forming a stable unit with the clamping bracket. This means that the cutting pressure exerted on the cutting tip is absorbed by the clamping bracket rather than by the Torx screw.
CRP
With a CRP system as a shaped cutting tip, the entire contour can be produced in just one plunge-cutting operation. This substantially reduces the machining times involved in copying a contour. The CRP system can also be used on all curve-guided and CNC-controlled single and multi-spindle automatic turning machines, as well as on all lathes and rotary milling centers. It is also compatible with all of the tool-changing systems on the market.
TCP
The shaped tip on a TCP system has three cutting surfaces, not just one. This reduces the cost of tools and of tool changes while at the same time achieving higher levels of productivity. The TCP system is compatible with all of the tool-changing systems on the market.
TOOL-CHANGING SYSTEM „NOBATEC“
This tool-changing system “nobatec” is based on the same principle as the V-Lock tool-changing system. With reversible cutting tips “nobatec”, it is however possible to machine a broader contour. The outcome takes the form of optimum contours associated with cost-effective production – a powerful concept for the machining of all materials.
PLUNGE-CUTTING AND REVERSIBLE TOOL TIPS
Plunge-cutting and reversible tool tips are used for cutting grooves for retaining rings (O-rings) or special profiles. Two profile-ground cutting edges assure the highest standards of reversibility. The key advantage over single reversible tool tips lies in the profiling on both sides of the reversible tool tip. The result is a higher level of cost-effectiveness achieved through cost saving.

Our standard reversible tool tips with special profiles are available in coated and uncoated forms, and are all without exception manufactured from high-quality inspected and carbide metal – the ideal prerequisites for achieving maximum productivity and product quality.
SHEET STEEL AND INGOT MOLD STEEL
Facilitates the production of technical turning contours without the need for tool changes. Solid carbide metal tools and HSS for external machining are used wherever longitudinal turning is not an economically viable option.
